Description
Automatic Double-Sided Edge Bander 360S
High-performance double-sided machine for automatic straight-edge banding of PVC/ABS/veneer with complete finishing on both workpiece sides in a single pass.
Key Features:
Double-sided processing — simultaneous edge banding of both panel edges up to 2440 mm wide, 8–45 mm thick, edge 0.4–3 mm without workpiece flipping.
Complete processing nodes — pre-milling (1.8 kW×2), end trimming (0.37 kW×2), rough/fine overhang milling (0.75 kW×2 each), grooving (0.37 kW×2), radius/flat scraping, polishing (0.35 kW×2).
Reliable glue station — 2L Teflon-coated bath, pre-heater (0.3 kW), 1.5 kW heating power for EVA/PUR glue.
High speed and precision — feed 12–20 m/min (2.2 kW×2), guillotine shears for 3 mm edge, chain conveyor feed, 800 mm tape cassette.
Convenient control — PLC with LCD display and keyboard, automatic/manual edge feed, compact dimensions 4150×2200×1600 mm, 4000 kg weight.
