Description

CNC Spring End Grinding Machine SGM6

Key Features:

  • Two vertical spindles with grinding wheels for simultaneous processing of the top and bottom ends of the spring.
  • Automatic feeding via a loading tray, ensuring uniform grinding.
  • CNC control with a touchscreen HMI interface for easy parameter programming (feed rate, clamping force, grinding depth).
  • Two operating modes:
    • Through grinding (manual setup + manual cycle).
    • Automatic cycle with digital control (feed with precise positioning).
  • Electronic system for monitoring spring height after processing.
  • Automatic reset and preparation for the next cycle for continuous production.

Applications:

  • Processing of compression springs in automotive, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, and other industries.
  • Achieving specified height and end parallelism.
