Y-Axis Turning Centers MSY Series are the ideal solution for high-productivity and precision machining of complex components. This machine combines the power of a lathe with the flexibility of a machining center, thanks to its Y-axis and powerful live tooling.

Key Features:

  • Combined Machining: The Y-axis enables off-center milling, drilling, and tapping, as well as turning operations, without the need for workpiece repositioning.

  • Powerful Turret: Standard or optional high-performance BMT55/Sauter 12-station turret. All positions can be equipped with live tools.

  • High Rigidity and Precision: A 30-degree inclined cast iron bed, composite Y-axis structure, and high-precision spindle (runout <2 µm) ensure long-term accuracy and stability under heavy cutting conditions.

  • Electric Spindle: A powerful 11 kW A2-5 electric spindle with interpolation function and precise positioning.

  • Automation: Capable of integration with a robotic manipulator for unattended production.

Ideal for: Complete machining of complex housing parts, shafts, flanges, and other precision components.
