Key Advantages of the VNK85-1 Machine:

Increased Production Capacity:
The machine is designed for manufacturing products with a maximum volume of up to 30 liters, enabling the production of large jerrycans, drums, and industrial containers.

High-Performance Extrusion System:
The equipment is equipped with an extruder featuring a screw diameter of 85 mm and a length-to-diameter ratio (L/D) of 28:1. The extruder output reaches 150-180 kg/hour with a main motor power of 30 kW, ensuring intensive operation and high yield of finished products.

Powerful Clamping System:
The mold clamping force is 200 kN, guaranteeing secure fixation of large-sized molds and preventing flash formation. The platen travel (mold opening stroke) ranges from 500 to 900 mm, ensuring convenient removal of finished products.

Precision Wall Thickness Control:
The standard configuration includes a 10-point axial wall thickness control system. This enables precise material dosing along the product height, reducing raw material consumption and ensuring uniform wall strength.

Well-Engineered Forming Head Design:
The machine is equipped with an accumulator-type head (melt accumulation system), which is critical for producing large-sized products at high extrusion rates. The material accumulation volume is 4.8 liters.

Modern Hydraulic System:
The hydraulic system is driven by an 18.5 kW motor. The system operates at working pressures up to 16 MPa and includes a high-performance variable-displacement pump, ensuring energy efficiency and smooth operation of actuating mechanisms.

Intelligent Control System:
Machine control is based on a programmable logic controller (PLC) with a touchscreen interface. The system allows storage of up to 100 process recipes and provides full control over all process parameters: temperatures, pressure, extrusion speed, and motion synchronization.

Reliability and Durability:
Key machine components—the extruder, hydraulic unit, and clamping platens—are manufactured with high precision from materials ensuring long service life. The use of high-quality components reduces the risk of unplanned downtime.
