The machine is designed to manufacture products with a maximum volume of up to 30 liters, enabling the production of large jerrycans, drums, and industrial containers.

High-Performance Extrusion System:
The equipment features an extruder with an 85 mm screw diameter and a length-to-diameter ratio (L/D) of 28:1. With a main motor power of 30 kW, the extruder achieves a throughput of up to 90 kg/hour, ensuring intensive operation and high output of finished products.

Robust Clamping System:
The mold clamping force is 160 kN, guaranteeing secure fixation of large-scale molds and preventing flash formation. The platen stroke (mold opening distance) ranges from 350 to 900 mm, facilitating convenient removal of finished parts.

Precise Wall Thickness Control:
The standard configuration includes a 10-point axial wall thickness control system. This enables accurate material distribution along the product height, reduces raw material consumption, and ensures uniform wall strength.

Well-Engineered Extrusion Head Design:
The machine is equipped with an accumulator-type extrusion head, which is critical for producing large-sized products at high extrusion speeds.

Advanced Hydraulic System:
