Injection Blow Molding Machine IBM200-S6

  • Hot runner system is adopted in the mould, with high pressure injection molding and then blow molding, the final product is featured with high precise mouth, neck and thread. No parting line and no flash appears in the product, resulting a smooth and uniform product, and also saving the material.
  • Combined with injection and blow in the same machine, driven by servo motor with close-rope hydraulic system, it raises the repeatability precision, save energy, and it proves efficiency.
  • Hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical controller can be set in the HMI, which satisfy the technical need for different products.
  • Most of the thermoplastics like PP, PE, PS, PC can be made in the machine.
