Description

Main Features:

  • Uses Taiwanese Swift servo-driven tool turret, 8 stations, 12 tools.
  • Z-axis spindle diameter of 40 mm, high power and speed.
  • High-speed cutting: Spindle 46 – 4500 rpm, Spindle 56 – 4000 rpm, ensuring high-precision machining.
  • Machining dimensions are extremely accurate; size remains nearly unchanged between cold and hot operation.
  • Maximum machining speed can reach up to 36 meters per minute.
  • Optional base for cast iron workpieces available (CZG46D/CZG56D).
  • Available with either 46 or 56 spindle.


Features:

  • High Machining Performance:
    • X and Z axes equipped with high-precision C3 class screw guides and NSK roller bearings mounted on both sides. This ensures high machining accuracy, high guide rigidity, and low friction. Travel speed can reach up to 30 meters per minute, reducing machining time.
  • High-Precision Spindle:
    • The machine is equipped with a Japanese ultra-precision spindle with front and rear bearings, ensuring high rigidity and long service life. Maximum spindle speed for the 46 model is 4500 rpm, while the 56 model reaches 4000 rpm. This guarantees high machine accuracy.
  • Spindle Servo Motor:
    • A powerful servo motor is used, ensuring high machine rigidity and durability, improving cutting quality.
  • Servo-Driven Tool Turret:
    • Programmable 8 or 12 station servo-driven turret allows fast tool change (less than 0.5 seconds) and blade angle switching (less than 1.2 seconds), significantly improving work efficiency.
  • Tool Turret:
    • The center height of the tool turret is 80 mm, allowing installation of 2–3 tools on the plate.
  • Full Oil Protection:
    • Fully enclosed guard prevents oil from entering the machine and protects the guide rods reliably.
  • Machine Base Structure:
    • The bed is angled at 45°, enabling efficient chip removal. Side or rear exhaust options are available. The bed base is made of high-strength steel using precision machining methods, ensuring high machine accuracy.
