Wire-Cut EDM Machine HQ-500GS3


HQ-500GS3 – an upgraded version, setting new standards in medium-speed wire-cut EDM machines.

  • 5-axis CNC with 4-axis synchronization (Z-axis with micron-level positioning and manual locking).
  • U/V-axes with precision linear guides and ball screws driven directly by servo motors.

Mechanics and Quality Control
To ensure maximum precision, repeatability, and durability:

  • All components are inspected using a German Zeiss coordinate measuring machine.
  • Renishaw laser interferometer (UK) tests positioning accuracy with ≤ 0.005 mm error.
  • Hanqi's internal standards exceed GOST and ISO requirements.

1. High-Strength Resin Sand Casting Base

  • Double tempering and stress-relief treatment.
  • "T" shape (stability) + "C" shape (rigidity) – zero deformation even after 10+ years of operation.
