CNC sinker EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machines shape conductive workpieces through controlled electrical discharges between a shaped electrode and the part—without mechanical contact. This enables machining of materials up to 70 HRC hardness, impossible with conventional cutting tools.
Equipped with multi-axis CNC control (X, Y, Z, and optionally U/V), these machines achieve positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm, making them ideal for intricate mold cavities, deep ribs, and angled features. Moving-table configurations suit lighter parts, while fixed-table designs handle workpieces up to 5,000 kg.
They are essential in die & mold making, aerospace component production, and oil & gas tooling. Our portfolio includes JSedm, HCM, and Caiman—offering scalable solutions from R&D labs to high-volume industrial facilities.
KNAVI GROUP supplies all machines directly from manufacturers, with full English documentation, up to 2 years of warranty, operator training, and optional on-site commissioning worldwide.
