Tool presetters are high-precision instruments designed to measure and preset cutting tools before installation in CNC machine spindles. Using optical or projection magnification, operators can accurately determine tool length, diameter, corner radius, and edge position with micron-level accuracy—critical for avoiding collisions, ensuring dimensional consistency, and maximizing tool life.
Modern Rasson ET series presetters (ET-400HR, ET-600HR) feature digital readouts, high-magnification optics, and software-assisted correction calculation. They support tools up to 600 mm in length and 400 mm in diameter, with accuracy of (3+L/50) µm—meeting the stringent requirements of ISO and IATF-certified facilities.
KNAVI GROUP supplies presetters directly from Rasson (China). All units include full English documentation, calibration certificates, up to 2 years of warranty, operator training, and optional on-site setup worldwide.
