Description

YF8330 two-axis spring coiling machine for 1.0 mm - 3.0 mm compression springs cold-coiling.

Machine consists of wire feeding axis and cam axis. Axes can act independently of synchronously by build the program.
The compression spring machine pitch, outside diameter and cutter are driven by the cam motors. The wire feeding is controlled by an independent motor.
English interface, easy operation, accurate positioning, The spring machine cutter can be adjusted inside and outside of the cabinet easily and flexibly.
According to the fluorescent screen work, can amend diameter angle of springs anytime. With precision detecting and tracking device, substandard products can automatically stop. Mechanical parts automatic supply lubricating oil design, ensure equipment long time running.
Wireless, wire breakage and winding automatically stops design and wire frame automatic acceleration function, make production more easily and effectively.
