Automatic Loading System: A defining feature of this model is the powerful hydraulic lift table. This enables batch loading of multiple sheets and automatic feeding into the cutting zone, eliminating the need for manual lifting and positioning of each individual panel.
Power and Cutting Productivity: The machine is equipped with a high-power main saw unit featuring a 20 HP motor (approximately 14.7 kW). For superior edge quality, a scoring saw (pre-cutting unit) with a dedicated 3 HP motor is included. The saw carriage achieves a cutting stroke speed of up to 100 m/min, with a return (idle) stroke speed reaching 120 m/min, ensuring rapid material processing.
Extended Processing Dimensions: Designed for large-format panels, the equipment offers a maximum cutting length of 3,800 mm. Standard cutting height (material stack thickness) is up to 100 mm, with an optional upgrade to 120 mm depending on configuration and saw blade diameter.
Precision Feed and Positioning System: Accurate material movement is ensured by a powerful servo-driven pusher. The pressure carriage (pusher) can travel at speeds up to 80 m/min. Positioning accuracy is maintained by a modern control system utilizing high-precision components.
Thoughtful Design for Heavy Workpieces: To facilitate smooth movement of loaded material stacks into the cutting zone, the lift table is equipped with a roller feed system. The main worktable features three independent air flotation sections, allowing even the heaviest and largest sheets to be moved effortlessly and without surface damage toward the rear fence.
Robust and Rigid Construction: The machine boasts a heavy-duty frame engineered to withstand high operational loads. The main saw arbor has a diameter of 60 mm, ensuring stability and vibration resistance during intensive, continuous use.
Advanced Control System: Machine operation is managed via a dedicated PC-based controller with an LCD display. The software is designed for multifunctionality and operator convenience, supporting features such as program editing, graphical cutting visualization, fault diagnostics, and real-time operation monitoring.
