Key Features of the HQ-G40 Die-Sinking EDM Machine

1. Full CNC System with Closed-Loop Control
The machine is equipped with a modern computer numerical control system featuring full closed-loop feedback on all axes. Control is implemented via the EtherCAT industrial bus, ensuring high response speed and stable equipment operation.

2. High Positioning Accuracy
Positioning repeatability does not exceed 0.003 mm, enabling precision machining of critical mold and die components with micron-level accuracy.

3. Mirror-Finish Surface Quality
The machine is capable of producing surfaces with a minimum roughness of 0.08 µm Ra, achieving a mirror-like finish without the need for additional mechanical polishing.

4. Work Area and Dimensions
The worktable measures 680 × 400 mm, with axis travels as follows: X — 400 mm, Y — 320 mm, Z — 320 mm. Maximum workpiece weight is 500 kg, with an electrode weight capacity of up to 50 kg.
