Die-sink EDM machine
Sinker EDM machines are available in manual and CNC configurations, with movable or fixed tables and electrode holders of varying load capacity. They are used to produce cavities in injection molds, blind holes, cooling channels, and complex 3D shapes in hardened and carbide materials.

Sinker EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machines shape conductive workpieces by replicating the geometry of a shaped electrode through controlled electrical discharges. With no mechanical force involved, they excel at machining hardened tool steels, tungsten carbide, and exotic alloys that are difficult or impossible to cut with conventional tools.
Modern CNC models enable precise control over electrode movement, spark parameters, and multi-axis interpolation—critical for manufacturing injection molds, die-casting tools, stamping dies, and aerospace components. The process achieves excellent surface finish and micron-level accuracy without inducing thermal stress or deformation.
Machines are offered in two main configurations: moving-table (workpiece moves) or moving-head (electrode moves), selected based on part size and weight. Our portfolio includes trusted brands such as Caiman, Triple Tech, KDE, and MACHIMAX, covering both entry-level and industrial-grade solutions.
KNAVI GROUP supplies sinker EDM machines directly from manufacturers. All units come with full English documentation, up to 2 years of warranty, operator training, and optional on-site commissioning worldwide.
