TNC-1400 CNC Pipe Threading Lathe
A high-performance CNC pipe threading lathe specifically designed for machining pipes, couplings, and other oilfield components. The TNC-1400 model combines a robust structure, large spindle bore, and high rigidity, ensuring reliable and efficient machining of large-diameter long workpieces.
Key Advantages:
Large Spindle Bore — the spindle with a bore from 156 to 535 mm (depending on configuration) allows machining of large-diameter pipes.
Large Working Area — maximum swing over bed is 1385 mm, swing over cross slide is 940 mm. Distance between centers can reach 10,000 mm, enabling machining of long pipes and shafts.
Powerful Drive — the spindle is equipped with a 22 kW motor, providing high torque for heavy turning and threading. High-rigidity box guideways (width 800 mm) guarantee excellent vibration resistance.
Precision Feed Axes — equipped with high-precision ball screws (Z-axis: Ø80 mm, X-axis: Ø50 mm) ensuring high positioning accuracy. Rapid traverse speed for X and Z axes is 5 m/min.
Reliable Tailstock — tailstock with MT7 taper and 300 mm quill travel provides reliable support for long workpieces. A rotating quill is available as an option for improved clamping.
Flexible Tool System Selection — the machine can be equipped with a hydraulic 4-way toolpost (tool size □50 mm) or a hydraulic 8-station turret (tool size □32 mm) manufactured in Taiwan.
