Durable Spindle Headstock

• The spindle headstock design ensures easy installation and maintenance. The spindle is manufactured using integral forging technology, providing enhanced durability, stability, longer service life, and an efficient lubrication system.

Intelligent Control

• PLC-based control. A touch screen is used for parameter input and status display. Separate parameter settings can be configured for both rough and fine grinding.
• The screen displays: current amperage value, dressing time, operating time, feed rate, grinding wheel wear compensation, and more.
• The feed is driven by a servo motor in a fully automatic mode, ensuring precise feed positioning. The feed frequency is intelligently adjusted in real time based on the set main motor amperage value.

High Productivity

• The equipment has two working zones (left and right). Each zone can simultaneously accommodate 1–2 springs, or custom tooling can be manufactured to process a larger number of springs.

Durability

• The design features top-suspended spring oscillation and rear-side motor-driven grinding wheel feed, reducing guide rail wear, extending equipment service life, and minimizing erosion of the guide rails caused by abrasives and water.
