The main spindle adopts a A2-6 SYNTEC 18.5KWor FANUC 22KW built-in electric spindle and the sub-spindle adopts a 11KW built-in electric spindle. The response speed is fast, which reduces the vibration and thermal deformation under high-speed operation, ensures the high rigidity and stability of the spindle, and the spindle run out <2μm meets various processing needs and fits the processing field with high precision and high surface quality requirements. The lead screw is 40/32mm with a large lead and 12/10mm pitch, and the guide rail is 45/35 roller guide.
The machine tool body, motor frame, bearing seat and X-axis drag plate are all connected structure to ensure the accuracy of mechanical structure and enhance rigidity.
The interpolation Y-axis mechanical structure allows the turret's center of gravity to always be within the range of the bed slide rail, greatly enhancing the machine's milling rigidity. The Y-axis stroke is long (±50mm), allowing for processing of complex parts. Even in a compact machine space layout, large-diameter processing is possible.
