MJS Series Turning-Milling Centers are the ideal solution for complex and high-precision part processing in a single setup. The design featuring dual spindles and a powered turret allows for the combination of turning and milling operations, while the simultaneous, independent work of the spindles significantly boosts productivity.

Main Characteristics:

Configuration: Two spindles (main spindle up to 26 kW, sub-spindle 22 kW) + 12-station BMT55 turret.
Processing Advantages: All operations (turning, milling, drilling, threading) are completed in 1 workpiece clamping.
High Precision: Tool repeat positioning accuracy ±0.003 mm. Spindle runout < 2 µm.
High Productivity: Dual-channel control allows for simultaneous processing on both spindles.
Rigid Construction: High-precision ball screws, roller guideways, and monolithic cast structures ensure stability and durability.
Versatility: Equipped with an interpolating Y-axis (±50 mm) for machining complex contours and performing milling operations.
