General-Purpose Lathe CDS6266B (CDS-B/C Series)
Designed with global best practices in mind, offering ergonomic operation, robust construction, and high machining accuracy.
Materials: Steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic materials.
Machining accuracy: Up to IT7; surface roughness up to Ra 1.6 µm.
Key Features:
Heavy-duty cast iron bed with induction-hardened (HRC 50) and ground guideways (dovetail + flat).
Hardened and precision-ground gears (AGMA 6–7 accuracy).
High-rigidity mechanical tool post with excellent repeatability.
Capable of cutting metric, imperial, module, and DP threads.
Rapid longitudinal and cross travel for efficient positioning.
External high-flow forced lubrication system for spindle and gearboxes.
Standard: Leadscrew guard, foot brake, belt guard, electrical cabinet interlock (power-off on door opening).
Optional: Full enclosure, chuck/tool post guards, longitudinal limit stop (on request).
Spindle:
D8 nose, bore: 82 mm (B-type) or 105 mm (C-type).
B-type: 3-bearing spindle system for enhanced rigidity.
Headstock with mechanical friction clutch (or optional electromagnetic clutch & brake) — enables speed change, stop, and reverse without stopping the main motor.
