Description

Common horizontal lathe CW6280 (CW series).

 

All lathes of CW series have double-layer box rib plates on both sides and inside of the bed, raising integral rigidity by one-third as compared to the single-layer box-type plates. This series is suitable for turning hight rigidity parts made of cast irons, steels and different non-ferrous metals.

 

Features:

  • Rapid design in apron, single handle operation;
  • Spindle forward, reverse running and break all use hydraulic control;
  • Manual brake, foot brake as optional;
  • Stable precision, strong cutting;
  • Use TSF anti-friction layer, flexible movement and long life;
  • Tailstock is equipped with dial and scales for direct reading;
  • Cooling uses water-electricity separate, safe and good-looking;
  • Proper to machining iron casting, steel and various nonferrous metal;
  • Larger spindle bore and pipe threading machine available.
