Manual surface grinding machine M618A

  • The machine features a rational structure, high rigidity, attractive appearance, and user-friendly operation.
  • The worktable runs on precision steel ball guides made of high-quality steel, offering excellent wear resistance, smooth movement, low operating effort, and significantly improved work efficiency.
  • The saddle ways are meticulously hand-scraped to ensure smooth sliding, superior wear resistance, and long-term accuracy retention. The manual worktable is driven by a synchronous belt transmission system, which provides reliable and durable performance.
  • The spindle is equipped with super-precision P4-grade ball bearings. After strict selection and pre-load testing, the bearings are assembled in a temperature-controlled environment. A labyrinth seal design ensures complete protection against coolant and contaminants, guaranteeing extended bearing life and excellent surface finish.
  • The spindle motor operates with minimal vibration and low noise.
  • The machine can be optionally equipped with either a permanent magnetic chuck or an electromagnetic chuck, according to user requirements.
