AD Series CNC Lathe with Slant Bed

The AD Series CNC Lathe is modern equipment developed using advanced Japanese technology. The machine ensures high-precision and high-speed manufacturing of complex parts such as shafts, sleeves, and discs. It is the ideal solution for demanding production tasks.

The machine performs a wide range of operations: external and internal turning of cylindrical and conical surfaces, facing, chamfering, grooving, creating arcs and complex contours, as well as drilling, reaming, and threading.

  • Robust Construction: A one-piece cast iron bed made of Mehanite (HT300) ensures excellent damping capacity and long-term accuracy stability.
  • 45° Slant Bed: Enhances structural rigidity, optimizes axis movement, and ensures convenient chip removal.
  • High-Speed Spindle Headstock: Belt drive for high torque. The gearless design minimizes noise and vibration, ensuring the highest quality surface finish. Features premium Japanese NSK bearings.
  • Hydraulic Turret: Provides fast and reliable tool change in both directions via the shortest path. All positions are universal for mounting any tools.
  • Precision Feed System: The X and Z axes are equipped with large, high-precision ball screws (NSK) with pre-tensioning, guaranteeing the highest positioning and motion accuracy. Utilizes HIWIN linear guides and direct drive from Fanuc servomotors.
  • Convenience and Safety: Equipped with a hydraulic chuck controlled by a foot pedal, ensuring safe and convenient workpiece clamping. A fully enclosed guard with safety interlocks and protective glass ensures maximum operator safety.
