CNC Turning Center CX400

The CNC Turning Center CX400 is designed for high-performance turning and performing milling, drilling, and threading operations on complex disc-type and shaft-type parts.

Key Features:

Power Turret: Standard Jsway (German Sauter optional). All 12 stations can be equipped with 0° or 90° live tools. Offers high milling power and rigidity.
High-Precision Spindle: A special sleeve-type design ensures spindle runout of less than 2 µm and long-term accuracy. Options available for 11 kW (A2-5) and 18.5 kW (A2-6) power.
Rigid Bed Structure: A one-piece, high-strength cast iron construction with a 30-degree slant bed for optimal chip removal, compactness, and stability.
Programmable Hydraulic Tailstock: Enhances accuracy and efficiency in machining shaft parts.

Ideal For: Mass production of complex components in general machinery, automotive, and aerospace industries.
