Description
CNC Swiss-Type Sliding Headstock Lathe C12-5
This is a high-precision Swiss-type machine tool designed for the efficient and economical manufacturing of complex, small-diameter parts. The equipment features unique flexibility thanks to its interchangeable operating modes (with and without a rotary guide bush), a high-tech internal oil-cooled spindle, and an advanced modular architecture. The machine ensures exceptional machining stability, minimal material waste, and ease of operation, making it an ideal solution for the mass production of precision components.
Key Advantages:
Flexible Machining System (With/Without Rotary Guide Bush): Supports two operating modes. The rotary guide bush mode is ideal for shaft workpieces (feeding length of 135 mm, supports multiple feeding, tail material length is 105 mm). The mode without the guide bush is optimal for short workpieces (length-to-diameter ratio < 1:2.5), allowing the tail material length to be minimized to just 50 mm.
High-Precision Oil-Cooled Spindle: A proprietary design based on advanced Japanese technology. It provides increased rigidity and torque compared to electric spindles of the same power, ensuring stable machining accuracy. The use of NSK bearings significantly extends the spindle's service life and ensures its radial stability.
Advanced Coolant Filtration and Cooling System: The cutting oil tank with a capacity of 180 L is equipped with multi-level filters and deflector baffles. The preliminary separation platform provides buffering, cooling, and primary separation of chips from the oil, which protects the oil pump from abrasive wear and extends its service life.
Intelligent Workpiece Ejection System: Automatically adapts to the workpiece size. Short parts (up to 85 mm) are ejected to the front into a receiving bin via a built-in conveyor belt. Long parts (over 85 mm) are ejected through the center of the sub-spindle to the rear of the machine through a special slot, preventing damage to the finished products.
Modular Expandability: The base configuration includes 1 ER8 and 3 ER11 tool stations. The machine supports the installation of up to 3 additional ER16 driven tools, allowing the equipment to be customized for specific technological tasks.
Application Areas:
Medical and Dental: Production of surgical instruments, implants, medical needles, syringes, and components for diagnostic equipment.
Watchmaking and Microelectronics: Manufacturing of miniature shafts, gears, axes, precision contacts, and connectors.
Automotive and Aerospace: Production of fuel injectors, sensors, valves, fasteners, and other critical parts operating under high loads.
Instrumentation and Robotics: Creation of components for optical and measuring systems, as well as high-precision mechanical assemblies.
Plumbing and Hardware Manufacturing: Production of high-quality cartridge valves, stems, adapters, and decorative elements.
