Description

HCT-NM1225X — 12-Axis CNC Former Spring Machine:

  • Features a Taiwanese computer system and specially designed camless Japanese servo motors.

  • 4 pairs of slides are independently controlled by eight servo motors; each slide can be equipped with 1-2 tools.

  • Total of 12 axes: 8 forming axes (independently controlled by 8 servo motors: 4 for vertical movement, 4 for horizontal movement), 1 wire feed axis, 1 central rotation axis, 1 wire rotation axis, and 1 spinner axis.

  • Suitable for processing steel wire with a diameter of 0.3~φ2.5 mm via tool bending. This includes complex and profile bending for manufacturing various torsion, tension, and compression springs, special-shaped springs with complex bend angles, as well as for profile bending of wire into complex geometric shapes.

  • The wire feed and rotation system is synchronously controlled by the CNC program, enabling a feed accuracy of up to 0.1 mm even during wire rotation.

  • Utilizing high-precision servo motors and a computer controller, the machine can produce springs with precise dimensions and complex angles.
