Description

Key Features of the GT-WB-60-4A Tube Bending Machine:

1. Maximum Bending Parameters
Capable of bending round tubes and profiles with a diameter of up to 6 mm, as well as square profiles, with a minimum bend radius ensuring high-quality deformation without profile distortion.

2. Four-Axis CNC Control System
Equipped with four independent CNC axes (bending die rotation axis, workpiece feed axis, mandrel rotation axis, and lateral displacement axis), enabling complex multi-plane bends without repositioning the workpiece.

3. Digital Control Interface
Integrated CNC system with a color touchscreen display provides visual programming of bending trajectories, process simulation, and automatic calculation of material deformation parameters.

4. High Positioning Accuracy
Bending angle accuracy and linear feed precision are achieved through high-resolution servo drives and optical feedback encoders, ensuring repeatability and dimensional consistency of bent parts.

5. Universal Tooling System
Quick-change system for bending dies, mandrels, and pressure rollers with tapered mounting allows rapid reconfiguration of the machine for various profile sizes and cross-sections.
