Description
Key Advantages of the TPS-12SH Panel Cutting Center:
Extended Processing Dimensions and Power: The machine is designed for large-format sheet materials, offering a maximum cutting length of 3,800 mm and a cutting height (material stack thickness) of up to 100 mm. High productivity is ensured by the main saw unit's powerful 15 HP motor (approximately 11 kW).
Precision Positioning System: Cutting accuracy and repeatability are achieved through the use of a precision rack-and-pinion drive on the pusher, combined with an imported magnetic linear scale and a high-grade servo motor. This guarantees tight dimensional tolerances on finished parts.
Dual Pressure Beam for Cutting Precision: To ensure secure material clamping—especially when trimming narrow strips—the machine is equipped with a dual pressure beam system. Both beams operate simultaneously, guaranteeing accuracy on the final cut and preventing material vibration or shifting.
High Speed and Optimized Working Cycle: The saw carriage moves along dual hardened guide rods, ensuring smooth and stable travel. The cutting stroke speed is adjustable and can reach up to 50 m/min, while the return (idle) stroke speed is 70 m/min, minimizing downtime between cuts.
Automatic Alignment System: The alignment device (pressure guides) features automatic programmable positioning, ensuring precise material clamping both in front of and behind the cutting line for consistent results.
Efficient Waste Extraction System: The machine is equipped with multiple dust extraction ports strategically located in high-debris zones: two at the base, one between the pressure beams, and one on the side near the cutting line, ensuring effective chip and dust removal.
Robust and Rigid Construction: Key structural components (machine frame) undergo multi-stage stress-relief processing, including high-temperature annealing and vibration grinding, to prevent deformation during operation and maintain geometric accuracy over years of service. Additional rigidity and reliability are provided by hardened guide rods made from bearing steel in the saw carriage and pusher assemblies.
