Key Advantages of the TPS-8SH Panel Cutting Center:
Optimal Dimensions for Standard Workpieces: The machine is designed to handle the most common raw material formats. With a maximum cutting length of 3,200 mm, it is ideally suited for processing standard 3,050 mm sheets. Cutting height (material stack thickness) can reach up to 100 mm.
Precision Positioning System: High dimensional accuracy of finished parts is ensured by the use of a precision rack-and-pinion drive on the pusher, combined with a magnetic linear scale. Paired with a servo motor, this system guarantees stable positioning performance even under intensive operational conditions.
Dual Pressure Beam System: To ensure secure material clamping along the entire cutting length—including when trimming narrow strips—the machine is equipped with a dual pressure beam. Both beams operate simultaneously to prevent vibration or material shifting during cutting, which is critical for achieving clean edges on the final strip.
High-Speed Saw Carriage: The saw carriage moves along two precision hardened guide rods, ensuring smooth travel with zero backlash. Cutting stroke speed is adjustable and reaches up to 60 m/min, while return (idle) stroke speed is 65 m/min, minimizing cycle time between cuts.
Powerful Saw Unit: The machine features a main saw motor rated at 15 HP (approximately 11 kW). To ensure superior edge quality and prevent chipping on finished surfaces, a scoring saw (pre-cutting unit) with a dedicated motor rotating at 6,800 rpm is included.
Reliability and Durability of Core Components: The machine frame and critical assemblies undergo specialized treatment (including high-temperature annealing) to relieve internal stresses, guaranteeing long-term geometric stability throughout the equipment's service life. Hardened guide rods made from bearing steel are widely used throughout the construction.
Ergonomic Control and Servo-Driven Feed System: Operation is managed via a modern controller with an intuitive user interface. The pusher, equipped with nine pneumatic grippers, is driven by a 1 kW servo motor, delivering high dynamic performance (feed speeds up to 70 m/min) and precise material positioning.
