SHCM-01 Hot Coiling Machine
The SHCM-01 Hot Coiling Machine is a specialized machine for hot coiling suspension springs from wire up to 35 mm in diameter. The equipment performs a full cycle of operations: workpiece positioning, automatic grabbing, coiling, and precise control of the number of turns, pitch, and outer diameter of the spring. This enables fully unmanned operation on the production floor. The machine is designed for the production of cylindrical and single-conical springs.
