Hot coiling spring machines
Hot coiling spring machines feature 2–4 CNC-controlled axes for forming large springs from pre-heated wire (20–50 mm diameter). They are used in automotive, rail, energy, and industrial sectors to produce suspension springs, valve springs, and other heavy-duty elastic components.

Hot coiling involves shaping spring wire heated to 800–1000°C, enabling the processing of thick materials (20 mm and above) that cannot be cold-formed without cracking. Modern CNC machines like KDE HCM-35K, HCM-50K, SJX-65, and ZRH-65 integrate induction heating, precise motion control, and automated feeding for consistent geometry and high repeatability—even for large-diameter springs.
These systems are essential for manufacturing suspension springs for trucks, agricultural machinery, railway cars, and industrial springs for presses, valves, and power equipment. Programmable parameters include coil shape, pitch, taper, and end geometry, supporting cylindrical, conical, barrel, and variable-pitch designs.
KNAVI GROUP supplies hot coiling machines directly from KDE (China). All units come with full English documentation, up to 2 years of warranty, operator training, and optional on-site commissioning worldwide.
