Special purpose CNC Pipe threading lathe QK1223 is designed for pipe threading in petroleum industry. The lathe is equipped with front-and-rear mounted double chuck. That structure ensures steady and reliable clamping of long pipe work. It is equipped with comb type tool rest that holds compound tools which make it an ease for machine to performance external and internal turning, facing, threading, outside and inside chamfering operations on pipe or hoop.
- Рigh standard cast iron (HT300) bed, 600mm guide way width, machine bed has good rigidity and anti-vibration ability.
- Spindle bore diameter is 230mm, spindle is supported by heavy load bearing. Spindle speed change is automatic 4 gear shift, stepless in each.
- Automatic forced circulation lubrication make the transmission system is flexible and effectively cool.
- 4-station turret is the standard configuration.

QK series of lathe machines are mainly developed for the turning of oil field pipe threads, but also can be used for ordinary CNC lathe, suitable for processing complex shape of the shaft, sets, disk parts, such as turning inside and outside cylindrical surfaces, conical and circular surfaces, end facing, chamfering.
