Description
Key Advantages of the QKP1212 Pipe Threading Lathe:
• Compactness and mobility — Compact dimensions and an optimized design allow the lathe to be installed in production facilities with limited space.
• High precision of threaded connections — A rigid bed made of high-strength cast iron and precision guideways ensure stable thread profile geometry, complying with industry standards and GOST requirements.
• Versatile threading operations — Supports cutting of metric, inch, parallel pipe, and taper pipe threads across a wide pitch range without additional reconfiguration.
• Efficient coolant delivery system — A high-pressure pump ensures direct delivery of cutting fluid to the machining zone, reducing tool wear and improving surface finish quality.
• Reliable mechanical drive — A time-tested gearbox with a wide transmission range allows selection of optimal cutting parameters for various steel grades, including corrosion-resistant alloys.
• User-friendly operation — Ergonomic placement of controls, quick-change tool holders, and minimal setup time between operations reduce operator workload.
The CNC pipe threading lathe QK1212 is designed for cutting various types of threads on pipes for the petroleum industry. The machine is equipped with front and rear dual chucks, ensuring stable and reliable clamping of long pipe workpieces. It features a tool holder for composite tools, simplifying external and internal surface machining, enabling facing operations, thread cutting, and external/internal chamfering of pipes.
Special-purpose lathes of the QK series are engineered for threading pipes used in oilfield equipment, but can also be utilized as conventional CNC lathes for complex profile machining of "shaft-type" and "disc-type" parts, internal and external turning of cylindrical and tapered surfaces, and other operations.
