Heavy-Duty Universal Lathe CW6194B with Swing Over Bed of 940 mm
This lathe is designed for high-precision roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing operations on large-diameter "shaft-type" workpieces, as well as large-sized components such as covers, flanges, discs, pulleys, and similar parts. It performs turning of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, cutting of internal and external tapers, and threading of metric, inch, modular, and diametral pitch threads. Additionally, the machine can carry out drilling, boring, and grooving operations. Equipped with a high-power motor and a rigid, reinforced bed with stiffening ribs, it is capable of heavy-duty cutting.
Versatile Machining Capability
This lathe is designed for machining workpieces with a maximum swing over bed of 940 mm. This capability enables the production of standard shafts, discs, and housings for applications in power generation, mining, and heavy industry.
Spindle with 100 mm Through-Hole
The headstock is equipped with a 100 mm diameter through-hole. This size is standard for this equipment class and allows machining of large-section hollow workpieces, as well as the use of heavy-duty boring attachments without runout.
High-Power Main Drive System

Comprehensive Bed Heat Treatment
