D125A Automatic Swiss-type Lathe is equipment for high-speed and high-precision machining of complex parts. Thanks to its powerful components, dual-channel control, and 5-axis functionality, the machine delivers exceptional efficiency, reducing overall cycle time while ensuring quality comparable to the world's leading brands.

  • Dual-Channel Control: The main and sub-spindles operate independently and simultaneously, significantly reducing the total part processing time.

  • Powerful Electric Spindle: A proprietary development with a power of 2.2 kW and a rotational speed of up to 10,000 rpm. Ensures rapid acceleration and deceleration for high-speed machining.

  • 5-Axis Functionality: Enables complex milling operations in a single setup.

2. Rigidity, Precision, and Durability

  • Reinforced Components: 25mm diameter ball screws with double nuts and a large lead (10mm). Axes are driven by powerful servo motors (1200W/750W).

  • Monolithic Construction: The machine bed, motor brackets, and sub-spindle carriage are manufactured as a single solid structure, ensuring maximum rigidity, vibration resistance, and long-term precision retention.

  • Rapid Traverse Speed: Fast carriage movement speeds of up to 30 m/min reduce non-cutting time.

3. Flexibility and Versatility

  • Unique Guide Bushing Mode: The machine uniquely offers the capability to operate both with and without a guide bushing, depending on the workpiece length. The maximum machining length per feed is 125 mm.

  • Large Clamping Range: Spindle through-hole of Ø19 mm with the capability to equip a chuck for Ø12 mm, allowing for the machining of larger workpieces.
