CNC Vertical Machining Center VMC866
A high-performance CNC vertical machining center designed for efficient machining of large workpieces. Wide travel range and reinforced cast construction ensure high stability, cutting accuracy, and excellent surface quality in series production.
Key Advantages:
Maximum Rigidity and Stability — the machine features a fixed column and cross table structure. The massive base and column with long-span herringbone ribs, optimized using Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis, ensure high rigidity and vibration damping during high-speed cutting.
High-Speed Precision Axes — rapid traverse speeds reach 36 m/min on all axes. Powerful servo motors (3 kW) and high-precision ball screws ensure high dynamics and positioning accuracy.
Spindle Flexibility — the machine is available in various spindle configurations for different tasks: 10,000 rpm (11 kW, 70 Nm), 12,000 rpm (11 kW, 95.5 Nm), 15,000 rpm (11 kW, 60 Nm), and 20,000 rpm (with CTS). The direct-drive spindle effectively suppresses vibrations and thermal deformation.
Fast Tool Change — automatic swing-arm tool changer with tool-to-tool time of only 2.2 seconds. Magazine capacity of 24 tools (optionally 30), minimizing auxiliary time.
