Description
ST35-12 12-Axis Universal Spring former machine
This camless machine is built on direct-drive technology, where each actuator is individually controlled by its own servomotor, eliminating the need for a cam-and-crank mechanism. This significantly reduces setup and changeover time and labor. A standardized rotary cut-off pin ensures fast and efficient operation with minimal skill requirements from the operator.
The machine is designed for coiling a wide range of springs:
Compression springs;
Torsion springs;
Extension springs;
Custom-shaped springs;
Flat strip springs;
Wire forming, including 3D bending.
Key Features:
Retaining the advantages of traditional multiformers, this compact machine is additionally equipped with a high-speed floating bending head.
The machine features high-precision guides, offering high rigidity and low thermal conductivity.
It includes an automatic stop function for wire absence or tangling, as well as an automatic wire feed acceleration function, streamlining production for greater simplicity and efficiency.
High-quality servomotors and gearboxes ensure high precision and repeatability.
