6-axis coiling machine for making compression spring by cold coiling of large diameter wire 8 mm - 16 mm.

It completely abandoned the traditional five-axis computer machine’s reducing structure of gear drive, lever structure, cam structure, and by the servo motor directly drive spring forming system to control outside diameter of the wire, truly achieve man-machine dialogue. They own the feature of easy to learn, high precision and low noise. And the feeding gearbox has two gear of high-speed and low-speed, is suitable for the need of different diameter, doubled the productivity effectively.
