Spring coiling machine model 960 is own development based on international advanced technologies with adding of a lot of improvements and innovations, with more functions and higher automation level. 

 

Features:

  • Machine has 9 sets of servo motors. The reducer is a one-piece structure to achieve perfect and stable horizontal and vertical 2D coil spring movement. The rotary direction conversion only needs to control the system adjustment, no need to replace the mechanical reducer The auxiliary core cutter is controlled by the servo motor and the auxiliary core cutter and the cutter can move at the same time.
  • The optimum position of the auxiliary core cutter and the cutter can be ensured without adjusting the cutter;
  • Straight cutting, opposite cutting and pendulum cutting;
  • The single-headed hanging spring and the torsion spring can be rolled, and have a multi-purpose function;
  • The control system matches the remote interconnection network interface and the software has a graphical automatic programming template. The system automatically generates a spring after inputting the required value. The program with a few modifications, completes the spring that needs to be rolled. Can be equipped with an image detector.
