Description
The CKA6163, CKA6180, and CKA61100 are reliable and precise CNC lathes with two-axis control (X and Z), designed for automatic machining of various shafts and discs. The machines perform a full range of turning operations, including turning of external and internal cylindrical, conical, and arc surfaces, facing, grooving, chamfering, as well as cutting metric, inch, straight, and tapered threads.

- Mechanical four-speed gearbox with stepless speed adjustment within each gear range.
- High rigidity and thermal stability of the structure.
- Three-bearing spindle configuration combining thrust and roller bearings (front diameter φ160 mm), ensuring high load capacity and rotational accuracy.
- Longitudinal and cross feeds driven by servo motors and precision ball screw pairs with a semi-closed loop control system.
- Sliding guideways with high-frequency hardening (HRC ≥ 48).
- Vertical 4-station tool turret with precise three-tooth indexing.
- Modular design allows flexible configuration according to requirements: choice of CNC system, chuck type (manual/hydraulic), tailstock, tool turret, etc.
- Centralized automatic lubrication system, optional hydraulic system, and electrical cabinet equipped with a heat exchanger and IP54 protection.
The machines ensure stable machining accuracy of IT6–IT7 and surface roughness of Ra1.6 μm, making them an optimal solution for modern mechanical manufacturing.
