CKA6150 CNC Horizontal Lathe
A high-precision CNC horizontal lathe developed based on the finite element method. The CKA6150 model combines high rigidity, a precision servo-driven spindle, and modular architecture for stability, reliability, and productivity.
Features:
High-Quality Castings — machine components such as the bed, headstock, carriage, and base are cast from high-quality cast iron.
Precision Ball Screws and Bearings — high-precision ball screws and bearings ensure excellent positioning and repeatability accuracy, as well as the capability for heavy cutting.
Centralized Lubrication System — a forced-type centralized lubrication system ensures lubrication of all sliding surfaces and ball screws.
Advanced Spindle Headstock — machines are equipped with an automatic shifting headstock and a high-speed spindle with low noise levels (below 80 dB).
Flexible Tooling Options — a vertical 4-station tool post is standard. A horizontal 6-station turret, horizontal 8-station turret, quick-change tool post, etc., can be provided separately upon request.
Optional Chuck Types — the machine can be additionally equipped with pneumatic or hydraulic chucks.
Choice of CNC Systems — Fanuc, SIEMENS, GSK, and other CNC systems are available for selection.
Fully Enclosed Work Area — the machine features a fully enclosed protective guard.
