Description
Vertical Machining Center VDLS1000
A high-precision CNC vertical machining center designed for heavy-duty applications. The monolithic construction based on high-strength cast iron and precision components ensures exceptional reliability, productivity, and accuracy when machining complex parts.
Key Advantages:
Maximum Rigidity and Stability — all base elements are cast from high-strength cast iron with an optimized rib reinforcement system. The structure has undergone Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis to ensure maximum vibration resistance and geometry preservation under heavy loads.
Precision Axes with High Dynamics — the X/Y/Z axes are equipped with high-precision ball screw pairs, 40 mm in diameter, with double-nut preload and "3+2" fixing scheme. The screws are pre-tensioned to compensate for thermal deformation. High-speed linear rolling guides (size 45 mm) provide rapid traverse speeds of up to 36 m/min (X/Y).
Reliable Spindle — standard configuration includes a direct-drive spindle (12,000 rpm) via a high-torque flexible coupling, eliminating slippage and vibrations. For various tasks, options with belt drive (8,000 rpm) or two-range gear drive (8,000 rpm, high torque at low speeds) are available.
Fast and Reliable Tool Change — an automatic tool changer of the manipulator type with 24 positions and cam drive ensures high speed and operational stability, minimizing auxiliary time.
Reference Accuracy — the combination of a thermally stable cast base, precision ball screws with pre-tensioning, and laser pitch compensation guarantees high positioning accuracy and excellent repeatability.
Industrial Protection and Durability — a full protective enclosure, reliable telescopic covers for the guides, and a lubrication system ensure a clean work area and a long service life for all components even under intensive use.
Balanced Z-Axis Design — a counterweight connected by chains through rollers unloads the Z-axis motor and screw, reducing their heating and increasing their service life, which is especially important for ensuring vertical accuracy.
Application Area:
Designed for high-performance roughing and finishing of parts made of cast iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials. An ideal solution for general mechanical engineering tasks, mold and die manufacturing, hydraulic components, and complex parts for various industries at enterprises of any scale.
