Vertical Machining Center VDLS850
A compact, high-precision CNC vertical machining center for high-performance machining. The reinforced cast construction and precision components ensure stability and reliability in serial production.
Key Advantages:
Maximum Rigidity — all base elements (machine bed, column, table) are made of high-strength cast iron. The structure is optimized using the Finite Element Method (FEM) to preserve geometry under heavy loads.
High-Speed Precision Axes — the X/Y/Z axes are equipped with Ø40 mm ball screws with double nut preload and pre-tensioning to compensate for thermal deformation. Linear guides provide traverse speeds of up to 36 m/min (X/Y).
Reliable Spindle — the 12,000 rpm direct drive through a backlash-free coupling eliminates vibrations. All spindles undergo dynamic balancing. An 8,000 rpm belt drive is optionally available.
Fast Tool Change — an automatic tool changer of the manipulator type with 24 tools and cam drive minimizes auxiliary time.
Reference Accuracy — the thermally stable cast base, precision ball screws with preload, and laser compensation on all axes guarantee positioning accuracy of 0.008 mm and repeatability of 0.005 mm.
Industrial Protection — a full protective enclosure, telescopic covers, and centralized lubrication ensure a clean work area and durability of components under intensive use.
