Vertical Machining Center VDLS1200
A high-precision CNC vertical machining center designed for heavy-duty applications. The monolithic construction from high-strength cast iron and precision components ensure exceptional reliability and accuracy when machining complex parts.
Key Advantages:
Maximum Rigidity and Stability — all base elements (machine bed, column, table) are cast from high-strength cast iron with an optimized rib reinforcement system. The structure has undergone Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis to preserve geometry under heavy loads.
Precision Axes with High Dynamics — the X/Y/Z axes are equipped with high-precision ball screws, 40 mm in diameter, with preload and pre-tensioning to compensate for thermal deformation. Linear rolling guides (size 45 mm) provide traverse speeds of up to 36 m/min.
Reliable Spindle — the standard direct drive (12,000 rpm) eliminates vibrations. Options with a belt drive (6,000 rpm) are available for tasks requiring high torque at low speeds.
Fast Tool Change — an automatic tool changer of the manipulator type with 24 tools and cam drive minimizes auxiliary time.
Reference Accuracy — the combination of a thermally stable cast base, precision ball screws with pre-tensioning, and laser compensation guarantees high positioning accuracy and excellent repeatability.
Industrial Protection and Durability — a full protective enclosure, telescopic covers, and centralized lubrication ensure a clean work area and a long service life for components even under intensive use.
Balanced Z-Axis Design — a counterweight unloads the Z-axis motor and screw, reducing their heating and increasing their service life, which is critically important for vertical accuracy.
