Description

CNC Hot Coiling Spring Machine HCM-25 is designed for manufacturing a wide range of compression springs. It processes wire with a diameter of 10-25 mm, producing springs with an outer diameter of 60-250 mm and a height of 100-600 mm. Manufacturing for larger sizes is possible upon request.

  • Adjustable Feed Roller with precise scale adjustment.

  • End Squaring (Closing) Device for manufacturing springs with closed ends.

  • Center with 4 Electric Rollers for supporting mandrels of any size.
