Description

The 620 model six-axis spring coiling machine is used for the precise cold coiling of compression springs from wire with a diameter of 0.4mm to 2mm.

Features:

The six-axis spring coiling machine has 6 axes: a wire feed axis, an upper cut-off axis and a lower cut-off axis, an upper slide axis, and a lower slide axis.
Taiwanese machine control system (CNC) with reliable SANYO (Japan) servomotors guarantees ease and simplicity of operation, high reliability, speed, and precision.
All machine axes can operate both synchronously and asynchronously, depending on the set program.
Capability to produce test samples in manual mode.
Testing before shipment.
A set of tooling for all wire cross-sections according to the machine's technical specifications.
The machine manufactures various compression springs, such as: cylindrical, conical, barrel-shaped, double conical, double torsion springs, rectangular-shaped springs, etc. Furthermore, the machine can manufacture torsion springs, rectangular springs, springs of non-standard shapes, and spiral springs.
