Description
CNC Horizontal Milling and Boring Machine TPK611C
The TPK series CNC horizontal boring and milling machines are designed for drilling, countersinking, reaming, boring holes with cantilever and double-support boring bars, face milling (including rectangular contour milling), thread cutting, and turning faces and cylindrical surfaces using the radial feed of the facing chuck. They perform rough and finish machining of housing parts made of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, and their alloys in single-piece, small-batch, and series production.
Key Features:
1. Worktable
Standard configuration: Manual 360° table rotation with 1° indexing (optical or mechanical).
Optional: Table with precision Hirth coupling — accurate 5° indexing.
2. Axis Drive System
X (longitudinal), Y (vertical), and Z (cross) axes are controlled by the CNC system.
Option: Boring spindle feed (W-axis) with servo drive — automatic spindle extension for deep machining.
3. Guideways
X, Y, Z axes — rectangular sliding guideways.
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coating technology on guideways — low friction, vibration damping, stable accuracy.
4. Spindle Headstock and Drive
Spindle head balancing (counterweight) — smooth vertical movement without jerks.
Main drive: Spindle and facing chuck are driven by an AC variable-frequency motor.
Application Areas: Heavy and general engineering, manufacturing of housing parts, molds and dies, repair shops, complex CNC milling and boring operations.
