Description
CNC Die-Sinking EDM Machine CNC1260
The CNC1260 Die-Sinking EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machine is high-precision, high-rigidity equipment designed for manufacturing complex molds, dies, and precision parts. The machine combines a massive thermally stabilized cast iron structure with a movable column and an advanced discharge control system developed jointly with European engineers.
Key Advantages:
High Rigidity and Geometric Accuracy: The massive bed with a movable ram is cast from high-strength cast iron and has undergone double heat treatment (aging/tempering) to relieve internal stresses, completely eliminating machine deformation during long-term operation. The use of imported C3-class precision ball screws, linear guides, and bearings ensures micron-level positioning accuracy.
Reliable CNC and Drive System: Mitsubishi servo drives (fully digital AC servos) ensure operational stability and instant response. The direct connection of the motors to the kinematics eliminates backlash, increasing the overall system rigidity and machining accuracy.
Advanced Discharge Control Technology: The control system, based on European technology, supports complex orbital machining (electrode orbiting) modes: circular, square, cross, star-shaped, as well as Z-axis locked modes. This allows for achieving perfect geometry and surface quality without labor-intensive manual finishing.
Intelligent Process Database: The built-in software contains an extensive database of machining parameters for various "electrode-workpiece" combinations. The machine is optimized for machining special materials (ultra-thin graphite, cemented carbides, titanium alloys), ensuring a minimal surface deformation layer and preserving the original material hardness (HRC).
Ergonomics and Safety: Control is performed via a 17-inch TFT-LCD monitor based on an imported industrial computer with an intuitive interface. The machine is equipped with a dielectric fluid level control system and a standard fire extinguishing device to guarantee operator safety.
Application Areas:
The CNC1260 machine is versatile and ideally suited for working with any electrically conductive materials, including hardened steels, cemented carbides, and titanium.
