Description

Tension spring making machine EN-CNC10ES

  • The machine use digital driver and servo control system to command CAM axis and WIRE FEEDING axis. It can be more easier to produce English loop and German loop spring.
  • When the machine is running，at the same time machine not stop, the operator can able setup springs production speed and number of coils, also can be precise control springs end of coil angle.
  • The machine has auto selection device for pick up no good spring.
  • Adjust springs hook angle and control end of coils position accurately that make spring perfect forming.
