Key Advantages of the TDB-10FS Machine:

Optimal Capacity and Productivity:
The machine is designed for manufacturing products with a maximum volume of up to 10 liters. Productivity reaches up to 600 pieces per hour, enabling efficient operation in serial production of containers and other hollow products.

Powerful Extrusion System:
The equipment is equipped with an extruder featuring a screw diameter of 70 mm and a screw length-to-diameter ratio (L/D) of 25:1. The extruder output reaches 85 kg/hour with a main motor power of 22 kW, ensuring stable melt delivery and high plasticizing capacity.

Precision Heating System:
The extrusion unit features three heating zones with a total power of 13.2 kW, while the forming head has four independent heating zones with a combined power of 10.5 kW. This multi-stage system enables precise temperature control of the melt across different zones, ensuring high product quality.

Reliable Clamping System:
The mold clamping force is 95 kN, guaranteeing secure fixation of the mold during the blow molding process. The mold travel stroke ranges from 410 to 800 mm, accommodating various product sizes and configurations.
