The VMC-1613 is a gantry machining center with a Z-axis box guideway design, intended for high-performance machining of complex and small parts, as well as large molds. The machine combines high rigidity, precision, flexibility, and environmental friendliness, meeting the modern requirements of the automotive and energy industries.

High Rigidity and Precision: The base is made of high-strength cast iron with an optimized ribbed structure, ensuring stability during high-torque cutting.
Powerful Spindle: Speed range up to 20,000 rpm. Standard configuration: BT-50 (6,000 rpm, 18.5 kW, torque 236 N·m). Optional spindle models include BT-40, BBT-40, BBT-50, HSKA63, and HSKA100.
Machining Efficiency: Capability for simultaneous heavy cutting and high-speed machining.
Spindle Cooling System: A precision oil chiller with temperature control extends spindle life and minimizes thermal deformation.
High-Performance Feed Drives: Premium-grade guideways from Japanese and German manufacturers. Optional linear encoders for all axes.
