L-35M CNC Horizontal Lathe
A high-performance CNC horizontal lathe designed for precision machining of medium-complexity parts. The model combines a rigid slant bed, a powerful built-in spindle motor, and high axis dynamics, ensuring stability, accuracy, and productivity in batch production.

High Rigidity and Stability — the 30° slant bed with a wide guideway base (35 mm) is designed for high-load operations. All cast components undergo long-term natural aging to relieve internal stresses, guaranteeing long-term accuracy retention.
Powerful Built-in Spindle Motor — the integrated spindle motor with 13.7/17.7 kW power provides high torque and a maximum speed of 4500 rpm. A magnetic encoder enhances speed control and spindle positioning accuracy.
High-Speed Precision Axes — rapid traverse speed for X and Z axes is 30 m/min, significantly reducing auxiliary time. High positioning accuracy (X-axis: 0.006 mm, Z-axis: 0.008 mm) and repeatability (0.004 mm) guarantee stable machining quality.
Flexible Tooling System — the machine is equipped with a 12-station servo-driven turret. A live tool turret is optionally available, expanding technological capabilities for milling operations without repositioning the workpiece.
