Description

KDCL-30 CNC Horizontal Lathe

A high-performance CNC horizontal lathe with a 45° slant bed, designed for efficient machining of large-sized parts. The model combines precision mechanics, a powerful spindle unit, and a modern control system, ensuring high accuracy, productivity, and reliability in batch production.

Key Advantages:

  • Powerful Spindle Unit — the spindle with a 105 mm bore and A2-11 front flange is equipped with an 18.5/22 kW servo motor, providing high torque at speeds up to 2000 rpm.

  • High-Speed Precision Axes — equipped with precision ball screws and HIWIN linear guides (Taiwan), guaranteeing high speed and positioning accuracy. Rapid traverse speed is 16 m/min for the X-axis and 20 m/min for the Z-axis.

  • High Positioning Accuracy — positioning repeatability does not exceed 0.006 mm, minimum command input is 0.001 mm, ensuring high quality of machined parts.

  • Reliable Tool System — the machine is equipped with a 12-station MYKUN servo-driven turret (Taiwan) with a Taiwanese motor, ensuring fast and accurate tool changes.

  • Reinforced Tailstock — hydraulic tailstock with a quill diameter of 100 mm, 200 mm travel, and MT6 taper provides reliable support for long workpieces.

  • Rigid Slant Bed — one-piece cast bed with a 45° inclination angle, integrated with the base, ensures excellent rigidity, efficient chip evacuation, and high vibration resistance.
